Birdsnest Retreat Cooking School

Shabari Bird is known throughout the area as the expert on spice and herb cooking. She was trained in Europe by the late Cordon Blue chef Michele Stemput and has been teaching cooking since 1977. She has traveled  and lived the globe over and brings her fun loving spirit to each class and demonstration. This weekly demonstration is expecially geared to couples, be they lovers, friends, parents and child, siblings, etc.

Each demonstration is three hours and includes a four course meal which you will watch being prepared with instruction, recipes and of course you are invited to ask questions during the demonstration.

Shabari is well know for her exotic dinner parties and is available to come to your home and prepare and demonstrate for dinner parties of six to twelve people. Please inquire at 706-745-8202 about packages
